Survey invitation – The role of the GP in managing hearing loss?

We invite you to participate in a research project run by the University of Melbourne exploring how GPs currently manage hearing loss.

The researchers are looking for three groups of people:

🔹 General Practitioners who currently see or have previously seen adult patients

🔹 Adults who are involved in GP practice (e.g. practice managers, GP trainers, primary care nurses or similar).

🔹 People with hearing loss, including those with hearing aids and those without.

The researchers are seeking your beliefs and experiences relating to how GPs manage hearing loss. They are also interested in your opinion as to what would enable GPs to provide better support to people with hearing impairment.

If you are interested in more information or would like to participate, please contact Dr Bec Bennett (rebecca.bennett@unimelb.edu.au ).
