At Better Hearing Australia (Vic) qualified health and education professionals provide free independent, current information and advice on all aspects of hearing loss management including the hearing process, government assistance, technology and tinnitus.
We offer a range of programs to suit different people and situations as well as advocacy support. Our services cover all metropolitan and country areas in Victoria and are free of charge.

We can discuss issues and concerns on the phone, email information, engage in correspondence or make an appointment at our premises in Prahran, Ballarat or Geelong or other locations as part of our outreach services.
Our services are provided by professionally qualified staff and are free and independent of any commercial association. This is available as part of the Victorian Government Department of Human Services funding agreement with Better Hearing Australia (Vic), a not for profit charitable organisation and with the support of our own membership resources.
